In the event of an emergency, Infiniti of Norwood  will always assist you immediately, no appointment necessary.  We will also provide you with substitute transportation if needed.  So if you’re having an issue with your vehicle that needs immediate attention, and it is during our normal business hours, please come right in, we’re happy to help in any way possible.

24-Hour Infiniti Roadside Assistance

Infiniti offers free 24-Hour Roadside Assistance for the duration of your 4 year/60,000 miles (whichever occurs first) manufacturer’s warranty.  In the case of an emergency, have your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) handy and call 800-662-6200.

A&W Towing

If you are out of warranty and need the number for a towing company, we recommend A&W Towing at 781-769-3313, but you can also look in the phone book or online for towing companies near you. 

AAA

If you are out of warranty and are a AAA member, the roadside assistance number is 1-800-222-4357.
